My God.
I was extremely blessed to grow up in a Christian home and to have come from a legacy of believers. But I began to make my faith my own as a 5 year old when I asked Jesus to live in my heart and followed Him in baptism. I’ve been learning to make that faith my own ever since. That faith and belief in God has carried me throughout my life.
About Me.
Hi. I’m Carrie Allison! I’ve dreamed of being a writer since I was 5, so I’m here to make those dreams come true. I’m a fan of binge watching shows and cramming my nose in a book for a solid day, and I am all about a good, cheesy Hallmark movie. I love vacations with my hubby, especially to NYC and DC, and any day spent with my 3 babes is a good day. However I’d choose a trip to the zoo or park if we can get it all together! I’m horrible at drinking water, but working on it. I’ll buy anything if it comes in rose gold. These are just a few facts about me, but follow along and you’re sure to learn more!
My Guy.
My social media tagline has always read “Wife to sports fanatic - Bradley Kyle, because that’s exactly what he is. We joke that he knows an athlete’s contract is signed before the athlete actually knows. But he’s also so much more than that!! Brad takes the absolute best care of our family (think: laundry, dishes, grocery shopping, and cooking), and he works so hard to provide for our family. He also works hard because he genuinely loves his job. Brad is a consultant with NTT Data and often sneaks in his “business speech” into our every day lives. He’s been known to send me a powerpoint for a financial meeting. Best known for: singing and dancing!
Bryleigh Renee.
My sun. My creative, first born, lover of life! She can never sit still and is never afraid to throw a flip wherever she is. She is the reason my faith was tested and grew beyond what I ever imagined as I learned to pray for God’s glory through our fight to find answers for her health.
William Bradley.
My moon. My wild-child, rainbow babe, marcher to beat of his own drum…including trying to come at 31 weeks. I don’t think our lives have slowed down since! He’s even sweeter than he is wild, and he is the reason I am learning how to be a better mama on the daily.
Carson Merritt.
All my stars. The one God asked us to have. The one that has taken my trust in the Lord to a whole new level. This little guy is our rockstar, fighting for every milestone and capturing our hearts with every smile, laugh, kiss, and tickle that he gives to us each and every day.
